Brutally funny and bittersweet and inspiring!

I cannot articulate how fantastic this was. Educational, funny, emotional, and inspiring. John Leguizamo's honesty and humility makes his storytelling that much more captivating. Seeing this has inspired me to be more proactive in learning about my history.

I can honestly say that I hadn't known about the books that he mentioned, but this special has definitely made them next on my reading list!
