Definitely the best of the three DVDs I've watched so far. There are still some good and some not so much, but I think the fact that they're all speaking English helps. Sometimes these short films seem to lose something in the translation.
Dare (2005)
Very sexy. One of the experiences I wish I had been fortunate enough to have at school. I fell for Michael Cassidy in the 'Made For TV' Christmas films on the Hallmark channels and he is definitely horn worthy in this, as is Adam Fleming.
In The Closet (2008)
Having heard so much about Brent Corrigan's fantastic porn career, I was kind of hoping that the nudity would be a bit more sexy, especially having fallen totally in love with him in 'Another Gay Sequel'. And actually he plays a compete weirdo here, not really a good representation of his acting abilities I'm sure. I wasn't keen on the other guy at all. The concept wasn't bad actually, but the production was terrible.
Area X (2007)
Another one of those 'We've all been there' tales. Very well done and I could happily watch a fuller version of this story. I liked the images used for the recap of his day.
The Young & Evil (2008)
It's a pretty Eff'd up story to begin with, but it is done very well. One of the better productions that I've come across while re-watching the 'Boys On Film' series. I'm not sure I found any of them attractive, but there was something sexy in its way.
Dish :) (2009)
The type of boys that I used to hate coming in when I worked in a shop or for that matter anywhere near me. Now just the idea of them makes me feel like the future of the world is in danger if these are the people we will be leaving it with.
Definitely not characters that I can associate or sympathise with.
Bugcrush (2006)
I like the idea of having whispers in the background, it's very clever. What annoys me is that what could have been a good story is screwed up by making it all freaky and weird.
It is made and performed well, but it's just not really my thing. There's something kind of sexual about it in a weird fetish type way though.
Terrible ending, I need closure!!! And bugs are gross!
Astoria, Queens (2009)
Had great potential to be a TV series in a kind of 'Friends' meets 'Looking' way. It could have done with some refinement and polish, but it wasn't hideous at all really.
