This is a silly show. The first season is watchable, but much of the second season is not. The premise of the show is Shaq takes on other world class athletes in their own sports. Then we follow Shaq as he negotiate the terms of the competition, train for it, and finally do the competition.
The first season had some pretty good sports stars Ben Roethlisberger, Misty & Kerri, Albert Pujols, Oscar de la Hoya, and Michael Phelps. The second season is a more mixed bag. The show relies heavily on Shaq's charisma. The first season had the addition of an actual interest in the competition. It's a gimmick and a fun character. That's all.
