Tina Brenner is volunteer in the help-line and this night she was speaking with a woman .Her colleague Mrs. Heswald has finished her shift and , said goodbye to Tina and went out of the help-line center.Some minutes later Tina Brenner is killed by suffocation.On the morning Richard and his team are in the office of help-line.Dr. Franziska Sommerfeld tells him that Tina Brenner has been suffocated with a plastic bag and has received a hit in the head.Richard Voss calls Lenny , asks him to go the judge'office to get an official request for the investigation of the calls of the helpline.Mrs Heswald told that she saw a car in the street when she was leaving the building.Bastian Baumann, the manager of the helpline, and other volunteers say that Tina was to engaged with the persons who were calling to the helpline (having personal relationship with some of them), maybe because she has suffered in her childhood and also she was trying to divorce now .
