Jeremy Carr discovered a love for acting while attending Davidson Fine Arts School in Augusta, GA as a youth. Always a fan of movies, he worked at a video rental store and spent his free time creating short films and documenting his friends' skateboarding ventures with a camcorder. Years later, while earning a degree in music, Jeremy played in numerous bands leading to further opportunities on stage and screen.
Jeremy's acting career includes work on numerous television shows and movies, most notably his starring roles in the feature films The Rush Call (2022) and Airborne (2022), and supporting roles in The Bloody Man (2020), and the LifeTime movie Nightmare Pageant Moms (2023). Jeremy has written and directed various short films and produced numerous commercial web videos independently with his production company Patron Saint Films.
Jeremy earned a Bachelors from Augusta State University (2001) and a Masters from Erskine Theological Seminary (2012). He studied the Meisner Acting Technique for two years with Kelley Hinman (a student of Sanford Meisner) and has taken acting classes with Rob Pralgo (Pralgo Acting Class, Atlanta, GA) and Kevin Patrick Murphy (The Actors Center, Asheville, NC). He continues his development as an actor through studio work and private coaching with Lon Bumgarner and Marilyn Carter at Film Actors Studio (Charlotte, NC).
