Corsica Wilson was born in Terceira, Azores, into a Navy family. Throughout her childhood, Corsica moved
often, and also traveled, visiting most of the world before she reached
age 15. As an only child, she was constantly on the hunt for adventure
and often resorted to her imagination to entertain her. After spending
two years living in a small village on the island of Sardinia, her
family moved to New England where her father retired from the military.
When she was 12, she began studying improv through role-playing at
Strawberry Banke, a local history museum made up of houses from the
1600's through the mid-1900's, in a setting similar to colonial
Williamsburg. She made her stage debut as Hero in Shakespeare's, "Much
Ado About Nothing", followed by many other productions in high school.
Originally accepted to Florida State University's competitive BFA
Acting program, she recognized her overpowering love for film, and
decided to earn a degree in Public Relations, allowing her to be
extremely active at FSU's film school as well as allowing for the
opportunity to take on supporting roles in 3 independent feature films.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude, Corsica moved to Los Angeles to begin
pursuing a professional career.
