Matthew Gooley is a film and television actor, director, voice-over artist, and producer. In his spare time he writes screenplays and novels. Born Matthew Howard Gooley on October 23, 1982 in Mount Holly, New Jersey. He grew up in the small shore town of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey and was an entertainer from the moment he could talk. He and his siblings would direct plays in the living room that were performed for their parents as well as guests. When, in the mid-1990's the family purchased a VHS camcorder, he began writing and directing his own movies. In school, Matthew joined Chorus, Theater Club, and the Media Club and continued his interests in all things performance related. While attending The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey (Now Stockton University), Matthew performed in several stage shows and starred in a sitcom produced for the college television station. He also worked at WOND 1400 AM - an Atlantic City radio station. Once he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, Matthew started a steady pursuit of a career in everything film, radio, television or theater related.
