Kyle Mac is a Canadian Actor born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He was discovered on the CBC reality series "Triple Sensation: The Search for Canada's Next Theatre Star"; he was selected as one of twelve finalists from across the country. Following the filming of the series, he moved to Toronto and began his professional career. Working in theatre, film and television. He was quickly named one of Canada's "Ten Actors to Watch" by Playback.
He has held series regular and recurring roles on (3) Netflix Series; "Hemlock Grove", "Between", "21 Thunder"; as well as on the Amazon Series' "The Boys" & "Reacher". Over the course of his career he has worked on numerous productions with Oscar winning directors, actors and producers, with projects garnering awards at the Canadian Screen Awards & International Emmy Awards.
He has also worked consistently as an independent film producer, in recent years his short film "MAMA" written/directed by John David Edwards; won Best indie Short at the Barcelona Film Festival, Best Short Film at the World Film Awards, and the Audience Award at the Maui Film Festival. The short films he has produced have played in over (50) festivals around the world. In (2023) he produced his first feature "The Legacy of Cloudy Falls" written/directed by Nick Butler; which is being distributed in the US by Gravitas Ventures & FilmOption in Canada (2024).
Kyle Mac has spent his professional career living in Vancouver, Toronto & Los Angeles. He is well known as a Nomad; who has a hard time staying still. He is known for having an adventurous, and optimistic spirit; loving live music, art of any kind, and dancing like nobody is watching.
