For 25 years, entertainer Brett Walkow has been making audiences laugh all over the world with his signature blend of silliness, warmth, and off-the-cuff audience interaction. He's performed alongside Melissa McCarthy & Jimmy Fallon, appeared on The Tonight Show, and in Seinfeld's movie 'Comedian'. Brett's credits include: The Golden Globes, Comedy Central, HBO, NBC, FOX, CBS, Just For Laughs Festival, Lollapalooza, 11 years in Las Vegas (Harrahs & MGM Casinos), a 200 episode celebrity talk show (with guests including Kevin Nealon, George Wallace, The Simpsons, Family Guy), and a wide variety of live venues worldwide.
In 2011, he created his film company ClownTown. As a creator, director, producer, writer, editor, actor, & musician you would think that would be too many hats for just one man...but he wears them well! His first creation was the viral hit "Carmageddon: The 405." This Los Angeles spoof was featured on every major TV news station and even translated into Spanish! Brett used this success to write, direct, and star in his passion project, the Jewish comedy "The Hanukkah Mensch's 8 Nights Of Hanukkah," winner of Best Short Film at the Los Angeles Jewish Film Festival. Brett then went on to become head of creative content on many productions. He created and directed commercials, shows, documentaries, and specials for: The Improv Comedy Clubs, product lines, various festivals, and projects under contract for Anne Stone.
In 2014, Los Angeles' ClownTown expanded and evolved into Chicago's HappyTown Films. Brett's love of Jewish comedy continued to grow as Happy Town Films' comedy commercial short "The Science of Happiness" went viral, reaching fans from Las Vegas to South Africa. 7 more Jewish comedy commercial shorts were to follow.
Brett truly believes we should all help one another and always spends a huge portion of his year performing for charities coast to coast with the help of his Team Love Army; including creating & headlining The Band of Brothers Comedy Tour, bringing laughter to our troops stationed in the Persian Gulf and Northern Africa.
