- Was a special guest for popular film review site Red Letter Media. Len was the first "guest star filmmaker" on the their popular show "Best of the Worst" (episode "ninja movies"), which highlights three films and then selects the most entertaining of the three (which Len's film skull forest "won" on an episode in 2013). While their guest, he also filmed an hour long in depth conversation about his career in film to this point . "ninja movies" has gone one to be one of the most, if not the most, popular episode since the program's debut.
- In December 2014, Len appears as a "special guest star" on Red Letter Media's episode "Wheel of the Worst # 7" of their program Best Of The Worst. In the comedy skit, the gang sends Len the tape "How to Become a Ninja" to destroy. Len appears to be living in a temple and begins a martial arts training regimen to destroy the tape. At the end of the episode, Len slices the tape in half using a ninjitsu sword. Len's wife, Jessica, also appears in the ending segment.
- In May 2017, Len returned to Red Letter Media to participate in several of their programs. He appeared as the titular character "Horse Ninja" in an April Fool's edition of the program "re:view". He then was a special guest star on their program "Best of the Worst", an hour long program that reviews selections of lower budgeted/unique films. Lastly, he appeared in an another episode of "re:view" with Rich Evans where the two men talk about a film they love dearly Blind Fury.

- Is a 9-time Pennsylvania Karate Ratings Association State Champion in martial arts.: 1997-Men's advanced weapons kata 2019-Men's senior Black Belt weapons kata 2013, 2014, 2015,2017- 35-42 Mens Black Belt Kata 2015, 2017, 2019- 35-42 Mens Black Belt Fighting (2) and 43 & up Black Belt fighting.
- Earned bachelor's degree in Communications and Theatre Arts from Gannon University in 1997 and an Assoicates Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005.
- Owns a pet German Shepherd Dog named "Largent" named after the only Seattle Seahawks football player in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
- Owns 6 guitars (BC Rich Mockingbird, BC Rich Virgin, 1990 GTX, 2 ovation electric acoustics, and a Karrera Bass guitar).
- Appeared in the prestigious entertainment magazine Starburst in May 2017. There is a 6-page article in the magazine which touches on his film career but is more focused on asking questions regarding his recent film Angel of Reckoning. Was on the cover of the August 2014 issue of Malevolent Magazine along with Playboy Centerfold model/actress Lisa Neeld and special FX make-up artist Mark Kosobucki.
- Owns a German Shepherd named "Thor". Contrary to what many believe, the dog is not named after the Marvel comics superhero but rather is the named after the German Shepherd "Thor" in the book THOR (later turned into a film called Bad Moon (1996).
- Earned his 3rd Dan Black Belt on February 25, 2015 (his Mother's Birthday. His Mother passed away on Mother's Day 2014).
- Appears in director Pamela Sutch's short film entitled "Crooked Politics" which was produced by her Siren Tales film company. The silver bracelet Leon wears is engraved with the word "KillerWolf".
- Father of a son, Kane and a daughter, Ariel.
- Brother of Stacey Kabasinski and Stephen Kabasinski.
- For the Professional Karate Commission (PKC Region 4) 2018 and 2019 competition seasons, he won a total of six Regional championships in three different divisions (Weapons form, empty hand form, and fighting).
- Was named "2019 Competitor of the Year" by the Professional Karate Commission (PKC region 4).
- For the 2020 karate competition season for the Tournament Karate Association (TKA), Len took him 3 championships in 3 divisions and went undefeated in Kumite for the season (1st in 43+ Black belt kata, 1st in 43+ Black belt Weapons kata, and 1st in 43+ Black Belt Kumite).
- For the Professional Karate Commission (PKC) 2022-2023 competition season, Len won three national championships in three different divisions for the season earning him the "triple crown". He won PKC national championships in the following: Black belt fighting, Black belt weapons kata, and Black belt empty hand kata.
