Joseph Chapman(I)

Born in NYC. after 4 years in the air force Joe studied at HB studios in NY. then took a job in Waterbury Conn. at WATR radio where he was DJ, Newsman and even did some TV work on their UHF TV station. a job offer as an associate producer for a small educational film company came along and he transitioned to Los Angeles but 3 months later found himself unemployed. Using his Veteran's benefit he went back to acting and enrolled in LACC's theatre dept. where, because he was older than most of the other students, was thrown into lead roles in both drama, comedy and musicals. ("well, you have to have somewhere to be bad, Right?") But he was good enough to be discovered by a former movie casting director which led to getting an agent and first job ("Barnaby Jones"). Besides doing much on camera work Joe also did hundreds of voice over jobs for film and TV.
