- Other worksWith Bill Mitchell, he released a successful pastiche of Telly Savalas' hit single, "If", under the name "Yin and Yan". (The track and other tracks featuring the 'Theo' character also featured on the accompanying album 'Tales for Heads'. On Top of the Pops (1964), in April '75, they appeared in silhouette to preserve their anonymity.
- TriviaWorked for several pirate radio stations off the coast of Britain in the 1960s. It was while working at one of these stations, Radio 390, that Sandford filmed a cameo for an episode of Danger Man (1964) that was filmed there.
