Ahhh you just made my day! I'm always excited to see another fellow Slayers fan around! It was the first anime I ever saw that wasn't part of Toonami, haha (my sister borrowed the good ole VHS set from a friend at the time).
I was immediately like, "Man this has Inuyasha vibes all over it."

Yeah, almost got it in early nineties, we are talking the grainy vhs style, the good old days.
This is amazing - There was something truly special about the style and writings of the 80/90's
