Seems as though Talan has found a perfect spot to lay down and let the sun warm his fins, letting his soles soak up those rays. And from the looks of it, he's drawn the attention of all the nearby beachgoers excited to explore the finer details of his scales. Some of them even managed to make it up to his arms; at a size like this, he probably hasn't even noticed them.

this is amazing.. holy moly... those paws must feel so nice and toasty under the sun :D so nice of you to let everyone roam around ;p
Not only does the beach look great, Talan being there makes is an even better attraction, if he stays long enough could certainly imagine loads of beach goers relaxing on those paws of his.
Certainly makes for an even more exciting day at the beach! The details on this are excellent and really show off your scale.
This makes me mad. mostly out of frustration and jealousy.
MAN I thought I was the only one that could get jealous of people in art ^^;
At that scale they'd probably cut through rock. Weird how a bigger creature can have features smaller ones can't and vice versa.
He's digitigrade, I'm probably going to change the way the coloring on his soles work to help mitigate that confusion
all beach visitors have to be careful when exploring the sole of Talan, when he gets up he will accidentally crush some beach dwellers in the sand when he gets up ;3
