Sarah Kreps

SARAH KREPS is John L. Wetherill Professor of Government and Director of the Tech Policy Institute at Cornell University and a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution. She has held fellowships at the Council on Foreign Relations, Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and the University of Virginia’s Miller Center for Public Affairs. Her books include Taxing Wars: How Bearing the Financial Costs of War Affects Democratic Accountability and Drones: What Everyone Needs to Know.
