Description Roaratorio is John Cage's translation of Jame's Joyce's 628 pg.novel Finnegan's Wake into sound for tape ,live instruments and voice.Over 5000 sounds are heard against the backdrop of Cage's voice reading the entire book from start to finish with the continuous sound of Irish music lilting away in the background.
