It’s an offshoot of The Semel Institute’s program which brings book talks from many professionals in the area of Neuroscience and research. Just the other day there was a book talk by Drew Ramsey on healing the modern brain. It’s one hour long and will give you some great insights regarding sleep and brain health. Can’t find the danged video but I saw one a couple of years ago with a guy talking about the training side, that it's sort of unnecessary to pay all of that money. I suppose if it works for you?
	♥ 1:24pm crateslinger: I once went to an acupuncturist for insomnia. He proceeded to knock me out for the duration of my appointment. When it was time to go he woke me up, and I was like, "Yeah, that's very impressive, but did you cure my insomnia." He had not.

Left alone, undistracted by any critical eye watching him, Kosen made one more quick drawing with the last of the ink. When the pupil returned, he took a good look at this latest effort. "A masterpiece!" he said.

Just the other day there was a book talk by Drew Ramsey on healing the modern brain. It’s one hour long and will give you some great insights regarding sleep and brain health. Can’t find the danged video but I saw one a couple of years ago with a guy talking about the training side, that it's sort of unnecessary to pay all of that money. I suppose if it works for you?
