According to the official synopsis, Ava (Sipos), an art gallery manager, decides to take her honeymoon riverboat cruise alone after her wedding was canceled a year before. On the cruise, she meets Joe (Jeannotte), a handsome fellow passenger she finds intriguing.

Unbeknownst to her, Joe is concealing his identity as the Prince of Baldonia.

Hallmark Media has announced when they will officially premiere the rebranded Hallmark Movies Plus to the spectacular new Hallmark+ streaming service.

Along with the streaming channel premiere date, the network shared premiere dates for The Chicken Sisters, Celebrations With Lacey Chabert, and Love On The Danube.

On Wednesday, Deadline reported that Hallmark+ will premiere on Tuesday, September 10. The network will rebrand Hmn into the new Hallmark+.

The new streaming channel will be home to the network’s first reality series, as well as special movies and mysteries specifically made for this new service.

Hallmark+ will jump into the streaming battles Sept. 10 by launching the original series The Chicken Sisters and the new unscripted series Celebrations with Lacey Chabert.

Additional premieres will drop through the month, with three new installments of The Jane Mysteries starring Jodie Sweetin (Fuller House) and Stephen Huszar (Navigating Christmas), and a Love on the Danube movie trilogy featuring Nazneen Contractor (Charmed), Wes Brown (Haul Out the Holly: Lit Up), Jessica Sipos (Betty’s Bad Luck in Love), Dan Jeannotte (Sense and Sensibility), Sarah Power (Good Witch), Brendan Penny (Chesapeake Shores) and Catherine Disher (Good Witch).

Hallmark Media announced the launch of the service in July. The new platform will cost $80 a year and offer the “very best of Hallmark with new exclusive content and membership benefits program,” said President and CEO Mike Perry at the time. That price includes e-cards and “surprising gifts.”

Created for television and executive produced by Annie Mebane, The Chicken Sisters is an eight-episode family drama starring Schuyler Fisk (Sam & Kate), Genevieve Angelson (The Handmaid’s Tale), Lea Thompson (Back to the Future) and Wendie Malick (Just Shoot Me!) as the women at the heart of the restaurant rivalry. James Kot (Virgin River), Margo Martindale (Justified) narrates. It’s based on the NY Times Bestseller and Reese’s Book Club selection The Chicken Sisters.

Following the first episode, new episodes premiere every Thursday starting on September 12.

As previously reported, Celebrations with Lacey Chabert is a new aspirational series executive produced and hosted by Chabert. Known for her multitude of starring roles in Hallmark movies over the years, Chabert will bring her passion for celebrating everyday heroes to this 10-episode series. The show follows Chabert as she surprises deserving individuals who are making a positive impact in their communities with the celebration of a lifetime. Following the first episode, new episodes premiere every Thursday.

Other series planned for the service include holiday limited series Holidazed and Mistletoe Murders; the reality competition series Finding Mr. Christmas; a docu-style dating series hosted by Ashley Williams; a home renovation show hosted by Luke Macfarlane; and new movie trilogy called Groomsmen that’s inspired by the success of The Wedding Veil.

Hallmark junkies are well aware of all the media available from their favorite content producer.

We have three cable networks, including Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Mystery, and Hallmark Drama. There is also a standalone service, Hallmark Movies Now.

Last month, it was revealed that Hallmark Movies Now will become Hallmark+ this fall, and with that change comes additional content Hallmarks will be eager to see.

With every other major player in the industry going the plus route, it seems like a perfect time for Hallmark Media to embrace the change.

Hallmark has set a September launch date for its new streaming service Hallmark+.

Hallmark+, which doubles as both a streaming service for Hallmark programming as well as a membership rewards program, will debut Sept. 10. The launch date also marks the premiere of several new Hallmark series, including “The Chicken Sisters,” which is based on the novel of the same name that was selected as a Reese’s Book Club pick, and “Celebrations With Lacey Chabert,” which marks Hallmark’s entrance into unscripted programming.

After their Sept. 10 debut, both “The Chicken Sisters” and “Celebrations With Lacey Chabert” will premiere new episodes weekly on Thursdays, beginning Sept. 12.

Hallmark holiday films have evolved over the years. They used to be romantic and almost cheesy, whereas now, these films go deeper and explore not only romantic relationships but genuine friendships and family ties.

A Season for Family is part of the Hmm Miracles of Christmas programming event, and it's so fitting because Hallmark is known for granting Christmas miracles.

This cast is stuffed with Hallmark familiar faces, most notably Brendan Penny and Jessica Sipos from Chesapeake Shores.

It was interesting to see Penny and Sipos play siblings after they had been love interests for so many years on Chesapeake Shores.

Stacey Farber and Edward Ruttle also mixed things up. They've played exes and potential love interests on The Spencer Sisters, so it was fun to see them interact differently.

After saying “I love you,” Connor (Andrew Francis) and Margaret (Mariesa Crouse) signal making their relationship official with a handshake and a kiss. But the majority of the latest Chesapeake Shores episode focuses on Mick’s (Treat Williams) addiction to painkillers. It begins with him going to two different doctors to get refills with claims he’s traveling and can’t get in touch with his regular physician. Then he forgets to pick up Abby’s (Meghan Ory) daughters. Abby finds him asleep on his desk, and he snaps at her when she wakes him. He says he just hasn’t been sleeping well and that his back and arm hurt and promises he’s still reliable.

As a big fan of Robert Buckley, allow me to say that I do not like Evan Kincaid. At least not yet, anyway.

He made his first appearance on Chesapeake Shores Season 5 Episode 3, and the billionaire shtick was worn out after about two sentences.

The other big development of the hour was Connor's courtroom assignment and discovering that the family nemesis is a client.

Let's work our way up to the big stuff.

We finally saw Sarah again. Why is her story so thin when she's Kevin's wife now? They are not featured often enough. Jessica Sipos is a treasure, and Sarah deserves to be incorporated into the storyline.

Other than referencing the wedding and Megan's centerpiece work, there was nothing from Jess and David. They've got work to do with the newly opened inn and wedding plans.

Bree is getting ready to begin her new position, so touching base with her was nice.

This episode got to see the team travel to the future of 2166 to finally confront Vandal Savage at his pinnacle. While the first half of the season was mainly focused on stopping Savage in the past, the suspense and pace of the show has gotten a boost since going to the future.The best episodes of this season has been when the team has travel to the future. Seeing Oliver as an old version of the Green Arrow, Ray Palmer and Palmer Tech creating the foundation for Vandal Savages army of robots, and when Ray supersizes to fight the Leviathan have been the big highlights of the show. I think the overall fun of these episodes are due to the unknown for the audience. Moving into next season I believe the foundation of this show needs to be focus more in the future.

The introduction of Cassandra Savage was a nice twist to the show,...

The Legends Of Tomorrow head to the future to confront Vandal Savage in Leviathan...

1.13: Leviathan

After twelve episodes spent flitting around trying to stop Vandal Savage’s rise to power, Rip Hunter and The Waverider crew have now decided to confront him right at the last minute – mere days before he murders Rip’s wife and child – instead. It’s a bit like Terminator: Genisys, when Sarah Connor jumps right to the Skynet launch day rather than sticking around in the 1980s to prepare in any way.

Instead of stopping for too long to question the dodginess of this plan (have they really exhausted every available moment in Savage’s centuries of existence? Does the fate of the planet really depend on them pinching a bit of jewellery?), let’s move on to talk about what walked in Leviathan...

After an interesting episode, next week, the Legends head to London 2166 where they discover Savage's daughter, played by Jessica Sipos, and something that could help them put an end to Savage. London 2166 – Rip (Arthur Darvill) takes the team to London in the year 2166, three months before his family is killed. He believes this to be their final opportunity to take out Savage (Casper Crump) who is, unfortunately, at the height of his power. However, the team discovers two key elements to defeating him – Savage’s daughter (guest star Jessica Sipos) and the means to kill Savage once and for all. The CW has released the promo for next week’s episode of Legends of Tomorrow, and it features Rip Hunter and his team heading into action against Vandal Savage for what looks an awful lot like their final confrontation. Obviously though, with three episodes left to go after this one, there are no doubt still plenty of other twists and turns on the way.

Possibly the most intriguing thing we see in the video above is a gigantic green robot of some sort which appears to have been dispatched by Savage to take down the Legends of Tomorrow. Some fans are already speculating that this could be Chemo, a bad guy composed of an unknown combination of experimental chemicals who possesses a unique form of psuedo-life that gives him a primitive, evil intelligence. There’s a resemblance there for sure, but it’s hard to say whether these two are one and the same.

With just a few episodes left until Legends of Tomorrow's first season concludes, the show will be dialling things up to eleven next week when Rip Hunter and his team look to Vandal Savage's daughter to help take the villain down. We get a glimpse of that here, but even more intriguing is the shot of some sort of giant robot trying to swat them out of the sky. Any theories on who or what that is? In Arrow, it sounds like some big twists could be on the way in regards to the fate of the Black Canary.
