Mumbai, June 12 (Ians) Evelyn Sharma met the love of her life Tushaan Bhindi on a blind date set up by their common friend Elli AvrRam.

Evelyn and Tushaan in fact lived just a street apart in Bandra for several years, but never really got to know each other. In late 2018 Tushaan completed his work assignments in Mumbai and was ready to relocate in Australia. That was when Elli insisted he go on a blind date with her best friend Evelyn, before he left India.

"I never believed in love at first sight until I met Tushaan. We knew that night that we would want to spend our life together," says Evelyn.

She made the decision to leave behind her original home Germany and India at the start of the pandemic in March 2020 for life with Tushaan in Australia.

Mumbai, June 7 (Ians) Model-actress Evelyn Sharma took to social media on Monday to surprise fans with photographs from her wedding. Evelyn tied the knot with longtime beau Tushaan Bhindi in Australia, reportedly last month. 

The actress shared photographs on Instagram on Monday where she is dressed as a bride with groom Tushaan posing beside her. Evelyn chose a white lace bridal gown and minimal makeup while Tushaan wore a blue suit.

"Mr & Mrs Bhindi.. Big big thank you to everyone who made this small wedding the very best day of our lives!" the actress wrote.

Evelyn also shared a photo embracing the groom, which she captioned: "Forever".

While this film’s shooting is still in progress, we have reports coming in that Prabhas has inked a new deal to star in another untitled bilingual. The film will be helmed by Radha Krishna Kumar and have Pooja Hegde opposite him. On bagging the role, Pooja Hegde reportedly told Mumbai Mirror, “I knew Prabhas was already on board when the makers approached me for this entertaining love story. It has a beautiful role for me and I’m really excited!” She has also been quoted by India TV as saying, “Since Mohenjo Daro took two years to complete, people assume I’ve done a lot of work down south but I’m still a new entrant. I was intimidated by Hrithik (Roshan) since it was my first Hindi film, but this time, I’m more excited. I’ve only heard great things about Prabhas and his work ethic.” To go on the floors in June this year, the film will be shot predominantly in several European countries, say sources. Meanwhile, Prabhas will be wrapping up Saaho, directed by Sujeeth Reddy. The star is paired opposite Shraddha Kapoor in this entertainer, which will mark her debut in Tollywood. The film, which went on the floors last year, stars Arun Vijay, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Evelyn Sharma and Jackie Shroff in crucial roles. Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy are the music directors for this flick while R Madhi is the cinematographer and A Sreekar Prasad is the editor.
