Founder of Road Casting, Coralie Rose is an acclaimed Casting Director specialising in short form. Responsible for casting some of the most memorable commercials of the last decade. In recent years, Rose has enjoyed working on scripted drama and recently cast the highly anticipated UK short ""i and i" directed by Samona Olanipekun and produced by Lammas Park, the BAFTA award-winning production company helmed by Steve McQueen as well as "Rose of Armagh'" set in rural County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, 1983, directed by Ryan Kevin Doyle.
While the Road Casting office is located on London's prominent Portobello Road, West London born Coralie has a base in Paris and has mixed African, European, and Syrian heritage. Fluent in French and Spanish, it is the global approach to her work which keeps her in good stead with clients all over the world.
With an emphasis on delivering unique solutions to diverse character briefs, Road Casting always seeks to find the most innovative way to find the right person for the role. Coralie has always been an early pioneer of street casting, committed to diversity, equality and inclusion with particular focus on celebrating under-represented people in advertising and film and championing talent with breakout potential. This vision has been central to Road Casting's growth and has been so successful that Coralie won the Entrepreneur of Excellence award at the National Diversity Awards and went on to be honoured with a Gold British Arrow for Casting, a Cannes Silver for Casting, a OneClub Gold, a D&AD wood pencil for Creative Excellence and Craft Award in Casting for Macmillan's "Whatever It Takes" commercial directed by Jonathan Alric and produced by Iconoclast.
