The official X account of Rooster Fighter unveiled the voice actors that will be voicing the main characters Keiji, Elizabeth and Piyoko on Oct 20, 2024.
Keiji will be voiced by Kenta Miyake, Elizabeth by Mariko Honda, and Piyoko by Shiori Izawa.
A video was also revealed along with the announcement, where the cast shared their excitement, highlighting the anime’s blend of action, humor, and heartfelt moments.

Viz Media announced at its San Diego Comic-Con industry panel today that an anime adaption of the Rooster Fighter manga by Shu Sakuratani is officially in production. While a release date was not announced, the series will air on Adult Swim when it premieres with "further streaming platforms will be announced across all territories soon," according to Viz on their blog . A celebratory illustration from Sakuratani was also released on their X (formerly Twitter) account). Daisuke Suzuki will direct the series at animation studio Sanzigen. Hiroshi Seko will also provide the series composition. The manga by Sakuratani began in December 2020 on Hero Inc.'s Comiplex manga website, with seven volumes released in Japan to date. Suits is being remade in Japan after NBC Universal International Formats struck a deal with Fuji TV.
The deal is the second adaptation for the USA Network legal drama after the Hollywood studio sold the format to Kbs in South Korea.
The Japanese version will be produced by Fuji TV in association with Kyodo Television and will run for an initial eleven episodes in October on the broadcaster’s prime ‘Getsuku’ drama slot. It will focus on Yukimura Uesugi, one of the four major law firms in Japan. Yuji Oda (Tokyo Love Story) will lead the cast, in the role of hot shot attorney Shogo Kai (Harvey Specter). Young actor and member of Japanese pop group Hey! Say! Jump, Yuto Nakajima (Hope, My Son, Engine) will play the newly appointed associate Daisuke Suzuki (Mike Ross).
Hiroyuki Goto (Beautiful World) and Hiroshi Kobayashi (Princess Jellyfish) serve as producers. Masato Hijikata (Broke Mom) is to direct.

20th Century Fox Television, always a fixture at San Diego Comic-Con, will be spotlighting its brand new vampire series The Passage this year with a world premiere screening and talent session.
The series, which is launching on Fox in early 2019, is based on Justin Cronin’s bestselling fantasy book trilogy about a secret government medical facility that experiments with a dangerous virus that could either cure all disease or cause the downfall of the human race.
