- (November 2013 to March 2014) Ben Miller has just finished playing Robert Houston MP in a play called 'The Duck House' at the Vaudeville Theatre in London which completed its highly successful run on the 29th March 2014. The play was written by Dab Patterson and Colin Swash, who are also writers for 'Have I Got News For You' and 'Mock The Week'. The play is about a fictional Labour MP Robert Houston (Ben Miller) who is about to defect to the Conservative party about the time of the MP Expenses scandal in 2009. Ben's character suddenly finds that he has made over the top expenses claims, just as he is about to be vetted by a top Tory MP played by Simon Shepherd. Also starred Nancy Carroll, Debbie Chazen, Diana Vickers and James Musgrove.
- (2013 - 2014) Played Robert Houston MP in the comedy play 'The Duck House' written by Dan Patterson and Colin Swash, about an MP who has made excessive expenses claims. Was on tour and performed at the Vaudeville Theatre in London. Also starred Nancy Carroll as Felicity - Houston's wife, Debbie Chazen as Ludmilla - Houston's Russian housekeeper, James Musgrave as Seb - Houston's son, Simon Shepherd as Sir Norman Cavendish - a senior Conservative MP and Diana Vickers as Holly, Se's fiancée. Nominated for The Olivier Award for Best New Comedy Play in 2014 which was won by another comedy play,'Jeeves and Wooster'.

- Has just filmed a guest role as The Sheriff of Nottingham, alongside Peter Capaldi as Doctor Who, in the 8th series of the same name which is currently filming in Cardiff at the time of writing (April 2014). The episode is tentatively entitled 'The Robots of Sherwood', written by Mark Gatiss, and will be the third in the series. Ben had previously worked alongside Capaldi on stage in 2011 in the stage production of 'The Lady Killers'.
