Award-winning actress Sabrina Culver holds both United States and Netherlands passports and was born in Cleveland , Ohio to a Scottish mother and Dutch American father .She moved with her family at a young age to Westfield , New Jersey where she became active in local theatre and landed her first modeling and TV commercial spots while still in middle school . She graduated from St. Luke's School in New Canaan, Ct where she studied classical piano and majored in Musical Theatre at Emerson College in Boston, MA . Culver also studied at the famed HB Studios in NYC and alongside Fred Kareman .Work as a model during college led to becoming one of five finalists in a Wella Balsam nationwide "We're Looking for Faces " contest. Dozens of TV Commercials including a Maryland Lottery spot with a young Josh Charles , music videos and day player roles on soaps such as All My Children and Guiding Light were followed by a coveted role as the young Marilyn Monroe in the film "Broken Dreams" She also has been able to combine her passion for travel with her acting working on projects throughout the USA, Europe and China.
Culver has been nominated for and has received several awards from film festivals around the globe for writing, producing and acting in independent films including the viral hit Removed by Nathanael Matanick and its sequel Remember My story . Her role as the birth mother has landed her two awards for best supporting actress as well as a nomination in the same category at the 168 Film Festival in Los Angeles . She owns and runs her own small production company Twin Flames Productions and has produced her own award-winning short films.
She divides her time between Los Angeles and The Netherlands and holds both American and Dutch Nationalities. Recent credits include Erik Peter Carlson's two feature films The Toy Soldiers and Wolf Mother with Tom Sizemore , Najarra Townsend and Traci Lords as well as The Feature films Ted Bundy Had a Son and Hello Au Revoir , the role of Helen in multi -award winning Italian director John Reals' new TV series Feel The Dead also starring Estella Warren, William Mcnamara and Gianni Capaldi shot in Sicily . She can also be seen as the female lead in Guido De Craene (Calpin in the film Kursk ) film Don't Get Mad also starring John Vlanders .
