Damien Thorn is the Antichrist, and the trilogy that tells his unholy tale remains popular almost fifty years later. Indeed, while putting together this movie ranked list and revisiting the original Omen franchise, we were surprised at how well the old movies held up. Omen fans will be happy that the series has been restarted in a pretty interesting way earlier this year, with The First Omen a surprisingly excellent prequel to the original trilogy (check out our interviews with the director and cast here), even if it takes one large liberty involving Damien’s birth that some fans may have an issue with. So, how do the Omen films rank against each other? Let’s take a look, but remember that the TV series Damien (which lasted for one season in 2016) is not included, as we’re sticking with feature films.

The childhood stars of the series 7th Heaven, Beverly Mitchell, David Gallagher and Mackenzie Rosman, are now denouncing their former television father’s alleged sexual misconduct in a new podcast.
Three months after launching their podcast Catching Up With the Camdens, the cast members have returned to rewatch their show, and they begin by sharing their thoughts on old co-star Stephen Collins.
In acknowledging Collins’ behavior, Gallagher led the podcast by saying, “All forms of abuse — sexual abuse of any kind — it’s inexcusable. And victims of abuse need to be shown compassion, and they should be given support.”

Stephen Collins’ fall from grace happened ten years ago when the Dad from 7th Heaven found himself the subject of a slew of accusations, almost 40 years after the matter. The actor would go on to talk to People Magazine, before sitting down with Yahoo to discuss his sexual misconduct.

Now, almost ten years later, as Stephen Collins has largely been absent from the public consciousness, the actor has resurfaced in what is reported to be Iowa. This would mark the actor’s first appearance in a long time, given that Collins would take to some of entertainment journalism’s biggest names to clear the nature of his misconduct, which was heavily speculated on. It came from a recorded therapy session which was captured without Collins or his therapist’s knowledge.

Once upon a time, when there were just three major networks, the schedules would be filled with glossy, interesting, high-concept miniseries, usually aired during the vital November, February, and May sweeps periods when the ratings were used to set advertising rates. This is what gave us great concepts like ABC’s Roots or, in 1983, V.
Metro subways and bus stations were plastered that spring with red-suited people, wearing sunglasses and big smiles, wrapping their arms around ordinary folk and we were assured: “The Visitors are our Friends”. A few weeks later, they were replaced with replicas but now a spray-painted V covered them and we got a hint of the Visitors’ true, reptilian nature.
The V miniseries, wonderfully written and directed by Ken Johnson (he of Incredible Hulk fame) was a taut two-night affair that presented the aliens coming to Earth and befriending us before their true intentions were revealed and a resistance movement began.

And so it was written, that a beast would come in the form of film, and that film would beget others due to profit, and those films would spread across the horror landscape to mostly whispered calls of, “meh”. Not for this little demon, however; as all of The Omen films work for me in one way or another, bringing us to number four and the first for the small screen, Omen IV: The Awakening (1991). The script gets flipped, yet it’s more of the same, and I’m not complaining.
Originally broadcast as part of the Fox Night at the Movies, Omen IV was trounced by ABC’ MacGyver on one side, CBS’ Murphy Brown/Designing Women on the other, and NBC’s Fresh Prince/Blossom on the other other. And as expected, no sins lain upon the critics were forgiven. This thing got roasted on the coals of Hell itself.

Singin' in the Rain is a musical with a book by Betty Comden and Adolph Green, lyrics by Arthur Freed, and music by Nacio Herb Brown. Adapted from the 1952 movie of the same name, the plot closely adheres to the original. Set in Hollywood in the waning days of the silent screen era, it focuses on romantic lead Don Lockwood, his sidekick Cosmo Brown, aspiring actress Kathy Selden, and Lockwood's leading lady Lina Lamont, whose less-than-dulcet vocal tones make her an unlikely candidate for stardom in talking pictures. Superior Court Judge Michael J. Convey approved a settlement between the two, which came out to dividing a $17 million pot in half. The judge also ruled that all copies of the leaked audio recording of Collins admitting to sexually molesting underage girls were to be destroyed. The original would be placed in the possession of Collins's lawyer, Shawn Holley, for ten years. Glad we can put that relationship behind us.

After an acrimonious breakup that resulted in the airing of years-old molestation accusations against Collins, the 7th Heaven star and Grant both said yes when a judge asked them today if they wanted to be divorced. They then signed a lengthy settlement agreement, according to court documents filed Friday and obtained by E! News. Stephen Collins and Faye Grant have reached a divorce settlement. The couple decided the terms of their split this week, People has confirmed. The settlement, which includes a 50/50 split of the sale of their pricey Brentwood homes but no spousal support for either party, will allow them to avoid a public trial. Neither Collins nor Grant are working right now, according to court papers filed Friday. Collins collected more than $46,000 in residuals for 2014. The divorce has been highly contentious, with Collins's attorney arguing that Grant lost her right to a financial settlement when she taped her husband in a therapy session without his knowledge.

Grant must deliver the tape to Collins' lawyer, Shawn Holley, who will keep it under lock and key for 10 years and only release it if there's a subpoena. As for the rest of the settlement, it's pretty much a 50/50 split.

Scandal‘s Stephen Collins may soon have his recent scandal put behind yet again. After a leaked recording of a therapy session from his soon to be ex-wife, the world jumped up against the actor. NYPD and Lapd were both looking into cases again of him assaulting young girls. However, since the known and confessed cased took place over 30 years ago, it appears that he can no longer be prosecuted due to the statute of limitations. An insider leaked the info out, with no comment coming from either police departments.
Clearly justice will not be served in this case. We are sad to see that Stephen did this to others and his own career. He may not be able to come back from this since we are pretty sure Scandal won’t hire him back on. However, his soon to be ex-wife, Faye Grant should have said something done before the statue of limitations passed.
