With the release of Still Wakes the Deep less than a month away, developer The Chinese Room and publisher Secret Mode have revealed the voice cast for the game in a new mini documentary. The cast includes Alec Newman (Cyberpunk 2077), who will be voicing the main protagonist, Cameron “Caz” McLeary, and Neve McIntosh as Suze, Caz’s wife.
“The thing was so well written, and so well-conceived, that I don’t recall having very long conversations about what Caz should sound like,” says Newman, discussing what struck him about Still Wakes the Deep. “With this, you can feel the writing, you can feel the characters.”
Alongside Newman and McIntosh, the full cast for Still Wakes the Deep includes Karen Dunbar, Michael Abubakar, Clive Russell, Shaun Dooley, Stewart Scudamore, Nicholas Boulton, Duncan Pow, Sandy Batchelor, Alan Turkington, and Noof Ousellam.
Taking place in 1975, disaster has struck the Beira D oil rig off the coast of Scotland.

I've got a great new trailer here for you to watch from a new action-thriller called 6 Days. The movie is based on a true story of an attack on the Iranian Embassy that took place in London in 1980. The trailer does a solid job of building the intensisty. It looks like a great film and it has a solid cast that is lead by the talented Jaimie Bell and Mark Strong. Here's the synopsis:
In April 1980, six armed gunmen stormed the Iranian Embassy in Princes Gate, London, taking 26 people inside hostage. Over the next six days a tense standoff took place, all the while a group of highly trained soldiers from the Sas prepared for a raid, the likes of which the world had never seen before.
I enjoy watching these kinds of films and this looks like a solid one worth seeing. The film also stars Abbie Cornish, Emun Elliott,...

"It's down to the negotiators to break the deadlock. Or, your men will have to storm the embassy." An official full-length trailer has debuted for the true story action thriller film 6 Days, about the attack on the Iranian Embassy in London in 1980. The standoff lasted for six days, with a group of Sas soldiers eventually breaching the embassy to put an end to the horror. Jamie Bell stars as one of the special forces soldiers tasked with leading the raid. This also stars Mark Strong, Abbie Cornish, Emun Elliott, Nicholas Boulton, Martin Shaw, and Tim Downie. 6 Days is the latest film from the director of the Maori action film The Dead Lands. This actually looks damn good, with an impressive cast that makes it worth watching. Here's the new full-length trailer (+ poster) for Toa Fraser's 6 Days, from YouTube (via Trailer Track): In April 1980, six armed gunmen stormed the Iranian Embassy in Princes Gate,...

In 1980, the Iranian Embassy in London was the victim of a terrorist attack. There was a standoff that lasted six days until a group of Sas soldiers breached the embassy to end the attack. This film, directed by Toa Fraser and starring Jaime Bell and Mark Strong, follows the events of that attack and the six days leading up to its liberation from terrorists.
The film also stars Abbie Cornish, Emun Elliott, Nicholas Boulton, Martin Shaw, and Tim Downie. It was shot in London and so far it looks very fairly thrilling. The trailer gives us a good look at what we can expect. Although I'm not a huge war and terrorist thwarting movie fan, the politics behind what happens before an attack goes down is always so interesting to me. Check the trailer out below.
