The other weekend I went off to Vue West End with my three children to see Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs (Cwacom), Sony's new 3D animated movie based on the classic children's book written 31 years ago by Judith Barrett and illustrated by Ron Barrett. Now although the book seems to be well-known in the Us to be honest neither I nor any parents I've talked to had even heard of it so this review will be blissfully devoid of any comment as to whether the film is like the book or not and, as with many movies, your enjoyment may be enhanced by not reading the book before you see it.
