Absolutely terrible
27 September 2020
By far the worst movie I've seen. Nothing was funny. I thought it would be a funny comedy on Adam and Eve. Story made zero sense. They dressed Oh like a female when he's a male character. Causes confusion as if it's supposed to be Adam and Eve. I also didn't like where religious references were mixed with disrespectful things, e.g.the forbidden tree, prophets, be fruitful and multiply...etc. It was just a terrible film

Away... from good story writing. Emotional mess. Every few mins there's a flashback!
12 September 2020
If you plan on watching this because it's a space sci-fi, you'll disappoint yourself. It isn't, it's more of a love and relationship drama. Clichés everywhere it's so annoying. Every couple of minutes it keeps showing flashbacks which are incredibly boring. The first few times, okay... This keeps happening right up until the 10th and final episode. It got so frustrating that I could no longer finish the rest of the episodes. Everyone gets so emotional, it's all about relationships!!! It seems like nobody is interested about actually visiting mars. They're all stuck in an emotional mess. The crew have grudges against each other and don't "trust" each other from the very beginning. Is this really professional?

Incredibly boring, awful cliche storywriting and no character development.

After 30minutes I was skipping through the movie. I just wanted to finish it. It's just NOISE, DESTRUCTION and SHAKY camera. This film makes you fed up! One of the worst movies I've watched. Even the rating of 6.0 is very generous for this film. In my opinion I would rate this much lower.

Joker (I) (2019)

Wow just wow! This movie will leave you speechless!

It's probably one of the best movies of this decade. The character development was absolutely crazy! The movie leaves you hooked with the daily struggles of Arthur fleck and his condition which makes him uncontrollably laugh. With the aid of the fantastic cello/violin instrumental sounds you don't feel like you're watching a movie, you generally feel like you're following this man's life. The experience watching it in the cinema was truly incredible, and the music and gunshots makes you jump from your seat. You'll be tense throughout the whole movie, it's very psychological and unpredictable and you'll never lose interest at any point of the film. You'll leave the cinema feeling like you still want to watch another hour believe me! The only issue I have is that I wanted to see more of the joker himself but then again this is a origin story so you should expect that from the begining.

Absolutely devastated by the ending. This is a time waster

Warning: Spoilers
SPOILERS Trust me you'll hate the ending. If you don't like films like this just avoid it. Can we not have happy endings anymore? The movie was going really well. In brief, a man drives his wife and daughter to see the grandparents. They stop at a gas stop where he loses sight of her and a dog scares her. Her dad scares the dog away but she slips and they both fall. He then takes them to the hospital and the doctor orders a Cat scan for her but the dad notices they go to the lower ground floor. The father sleeps and wakes up and asks to see them but they say only he checked in with confusion. The movie from that point onwards was very tense on the lead up to the end where he storms the Lower ground with a gun he obtained from a cop and finds them just about to remove his daughters organs. He rescues them and drives them home. This is where it went terribly wrong. The movie then tells us he was hallucinating. There was in fact a dog, but his daughter actually died from the fall. He pushed his wife accidentally causing her to fall on a metal bar. And his 'family' he rescued was actually just a single terminally ill woman who appeared different to him who was getting prepared for organ donation. And in reality everyone was normal including the psychiatric, but he became mad. The last scene shows him opening his eyes in shock in realization. This ending was utter stupid and unnecessary and it left me speechless. What was the point of it? If I knew it would end with him hallucinating I would never have wasted my time. Very silly ending. I wish it just ended with him rescuing his family. The trailer was misleading. It makes you think hell rescue them and a nice ending. I can't understand why producers try so hard to be extra. But in this case extra is what ruined this movie.

You will enjoy it. An indie movie, not a huge budget but done well.

Warning: Spoilers
It's a spanish movie, available on Netflix with many dubs. It's a little bit funny, not very scary (no jumpscares). SPOILER: The plot Follows a blacksmith who had an agreement with devils but broke it. A demon had been sent to take his soul into hell. The blacksmith manages to cage and tortue the demon instead, until a little girl stumbles upon them. The town learns this and plan to ambush his house. They send everyone including a detective who later reveals himself to be a devil. The little girl who is an orphan, frees the demon in Ann agreement to rescue the blacksmith who was in the process of getting hanged by the detective and villagers. She mistakenly agrees to go to hell in order to find her mother. The blacksmith and demon work together to bring the girl back, but the blacksmith stays behind to look for her mother (who was also his wife). Unexpected plot twist. Movie was enjoyable, good shot lengths and editing. Although costumes could have been improved.

Biochemical mess
18 March 2019
Story is of a man who wants to treat his children's genetic diseases and follows how he tries to do it. Story line jumps all over the place. Very confusing to the viewer, especially at start. Acting was mediocre, sometimes a little poor, although the man was quite good. Editing was poor, poor composition of shots- sometimes very short shot lengths. Overall I did not really enjoy this movie, if your expectations are quite high I recommend you to avoid it
