I started watching this movie not really knowing what to expect. The name "The League of Superheroes" is extremely generic, and the trailer for the film by that name is highly deceptive (the one where it's called "ABCs of Superheroes" is a little better idea of what you'll get). It makes you think you are going to see a relatively normal, if not very low budget and probably lame, version of a superhero tale. But after the movie starts, all bets are off. For example, the unnamed black character in the trailer is Jesus Christ himself, who became lost in space, but when he reaches Earth again he falls in love with a woman who has a comically huge penis hanging out of her clothes. And this is just one example. If you are easily offended, all of your buttons with eventually be pushed. Even if you only have certain things that trigger you, you will probably get triggered. Most blatantly, the movie drips with gratuitous nudity. Almost every segment has different actresses get topless or fully nude, several for absolutely no plot-related reason. In fact, at more than one point a narrator pointedly asks why the character is naked. Then we have rape as a joke, blasphemy, gratuitous gore, kids being killed, numerous bodily functions, and on and on. I'm not easily offended but still got squigged out by some of the content. But it's always done as a joke and not to be taken seriously. Many segments are parodies of famous characters, like He-Man and Skeletor, the Power Rangers, the X-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy, the Terminator, Howard the Duck and others. This is not a great movie, but it sort of works as a so-bad-it's-good movie. At least it was trying to be bad and didn't just end up that way accidentally. It really should have kept its name as ABCs of Superheroes, though, considering that that an alphabetical listing of certain characters is the entire premise of the anthology and the main lyrics of the theme song.
