Hammer has released an official U.S. trailer for their new horror film The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death. This latest trailer is a lot different than the U.K. one we posted a couple of days ago. It's got a good amount of new footage, and I personally think that it's a better and scarier trailer.
This is a sequel to the Daniel Radcliffe movie, The Woman in Black, but he's not joining us for the sequel. This next chapter in the story features a new group of characters, and the cast includes Jeremy Irvine (War Horse), Helen McCrory (Skyfall), and Phoebe Fox (Switch). The creepy ghost story is set in 1941 in the same haunted house as the first film. In the story "two teachers evacuate a group of schoolchildren to the abandoned Eel Marsh House. Seeking safety from the bombs in the remote coastal location.

We have a new full trailer for Hammer's upcoming haunted house horror film, The Woman in Black: Angel of Death for you to check out. The movie features a whole new cast that includes Jeremy Irvine (War Horse), Helen McCrory (Skyfall), and Phoebe Fox (Switch). It also tells a new story that is set in the same creepy haunted house from the first film that starred Daniel Radcliffe. The trailer has a nice and scary tone, and this sequel looks like it's going to be a great horror flick. Like the first film, this one seems like a supernatural thriller that is going to mess with your head. I love watching horror films like this that have the old-school feel, where they don't rely heavily on special effects and blood to scare audiences. Here's a description of the story:

We've had a couple teaser trailers for The Woman in Black: Angel of Death, but today comes the first full trailer for the upcoming UK release while I have to assume the first domestic trailer will arrive sometimes this week as well if not later today as it will probably show in front of Ouija this weekend. Set for release on January 2, 2015, The Woman in Black 2 is the sequel to the 2012 release which starred Daniel Radcliffe, who isn't returning for this one. Instead it will be Jeremy Irvine (War Horse), Helen McCrory (Skyfall) and Phoebe Fox (Switch) leading the charge in the 1941-set story, beginning as London is in the midst of the blitz, and two teachers evacuate a group of schoolchildren to the abandoned Eel Marsh House. Seeking safety from the bombs in the remote coastal location, the group instead find themselves facing an evil far more frightening...

Relativity has yet to announce a domestic release date for The Woman in Black: Angel of Death, but it will be hitting UK theatres on January 1 and as such a new trailer for the sequel has arrived. Serving as a follow-up to the 2012 film that starred Daniel Radcliffe and introduced audiences to the Eel Marsh House, the England-set sequel takes place in 1941, with London in the midst of the blitz, and two teachers evacuate a group of schoolchildren to the abandoned Eel Marsh House. Seeking safety from the bombs in the remote coastal location, the group instead find themselves facing an evil far more frightening when their arrival awakens the Woman in Black. Jeremy Irvine (War Horse), Helen McCrory (Skyfall) and Phoebe Fox (Switch) star with Tom Harper directing. Hammer has released a fantastically eerie trailer for their upcoming horror sequel The Woman In Black: Angel Of Death. The movie tells a different story with a new cast that includes Jeremy Irvine (War Horse), Helen McCrory (Skyfall), and Phoebe Fox (Switch). Daniel Radcliffe's character is not a part of this story, but the creepy old house is! I really liked the first movie, and I'm sure the sequel will be just as good. Here's a description of the story:
England, 1941. With London in the midst of the blitz, two teachers evacuate a group of schoolchildren to the abandoned Eel Marsh House. Seeking safety from the bombs in the remote coastal location, the group instead find themselves facing an evil far more frightening when their arrival awakens the Woman in Black.
The film will be released in UK on February 13th, 2015, but doesn't have distribution in the United States yet.

In case you forgot, there's a sequel coming to the 2012 gothic horror flick The Woman in Black, the first film that saw Daniel Radcliffe venture outside of the Harry Potter franchise. However, the British star isn't returning for The Woman in Black: Angel of Death. Instead, it's Jeremy Irvine (War Horse), Helen McCrory (Skyfall) and Phoebe Fox (Switch) starring in the horror sequel with a new tale of terror in the old, abandoned Eel Marsh House. Now we have a teaser trailer from across the pond, and it doesn't show us much, and that's not just because the YouTube version of this video is far too dark to see anything. Watch! Back in 2012, The Woman in Black starring Daniel Radcliffe pulled in more than $127 million worldwide, a solid sum for the low budget thriller. Now, the creepy spirit that haunts the Eel Marsh House is back in The Woman in Black: Angel of Death and today the first trailer for the thriller has arrived. Unlike ghosts, which aren.t even real, ill-conceived horror movie sequels will sometimes go away all on their own, without any outside interference like an exorcist or a demonologist coming out to take care of it. Often, all it takes is just enough people paying absolutely no attention to it. Unfortunately, James Watkins. merely so-so ghost tale The Woman in Black hasn.t even had enough time to be forgotten yet, much less the previously announced sequel, to be directed by Tom Harper. The Woman In Black was one of the better scary-book-to-scary-film adaptations I have had the pleasure of seeing. I expected nothing less from Hammer Studios, after all. Now the sequel – handily entitled The Woman In Black: Angel Of Death, so we do not get confused – is getting all set to start filming, with the first proper round of casting news as well as a plot synopsis.
It ain’t bad, either. The story of The Woman In Black: Angel Of Death goes that the Eel Marsh House from the first film has been converted to a military mental hospital in World War II (great idea, guys). Phoebe Fox (best known for the TV series Switch) will play the lovely young nurse Eve, tasked with helping the disturbed young soldiers recover. This might be problematic given the presence of the original ghostie, the Woman in Black, who … does not like people very much.

Following the astounding success of last year’s The Woman in Black, which became something of a sleeper hit around the world for Hammer Films, we first heard late last year that Tom Harper had come on board to direct the sequel, The Woman in Black: Angel of Death.
We saw a pretty snazzy promo poster surface back in November, at which time we were still in the dark about who would be taking the leads this time around in Daniel Radcliffe’s place.
And now Hammer have announced that Jeremy Irvine (War Horse) and Phoebe Fox (Switch) have signed on to take the leads for the sequel, set several decades after the original.

Good morning!
Out singer Sophie B. Hawkins is playing Janis Joplin in a new musical about her called Room 105: The Highs and Lows of Janice Joplin. Sophie's partner Gigi Gaston wrote the production, which is playing in Los Angeles all October. Apparently Janis' one-time girlfriend Peggy Caserta is coming to the show.
Lacey Turner told The Sun about how she wants her lesbian role in Switch to be believable.
It was really important to me to believe that Stella really is a lesbian. I didn’t want her to look like someone who is pretending to be gay. I’m not that way inclined and I’ve never felt the urge to kiss a girl so I did think about it and wonder what the scenes would be like. But...

Good morning and Tgif!
Sorry there was no Brew yesterday. I was on a plane and there was No Wifi. Can you believe that? The airline shall remain nameless but it was pretty tragic. But not as tragic as last night's Grey's Anatomy. Sniff.
Anyway, I'm here and queer for you. Let's talk about lesbians!
Rebel Wilson talked with the The Advocate about the time she played gay in a movie.
Yeah, in A Few Best Men I play a lesbian character. I played the lesbian sister of the bride who ends up kissing a dude at the end, but she was like a full-on lesbian in that. And I beat out famous Australian lesbians for the role.
