Much like V/H/S/2, the film was rushed into production after the success of V/H/S/94, with production having taken five months.
The first segment features clips from CKY , mainly showing Ryan Dunn (aka "Random Hero"). This segment is believed to be in Pennsylvania as those videos were not widely distributed.
