Quotes
-
Jules Callaghan : [bursting into the room where Parker and Ed are talking to the kidnap victim] Do you even know his name?
Sgt. Gregory Parker : What are you doing?
Jules Callaghan : It's Chris. Did you know that?
Roger Finch : Look, I...
Jules Callaghan : Did you know that he has your eyes? Except for his eyes see things differently than you do. His eyes are brave, and when he looks at you, he looks right into you, and you believe what he believes. You believe that anything's possible.
[Ed starts pulling her to the door]
Jules Callaghan : He might be dead by the time you have dessert tonight.
-
Jules Callaghan : Got a couple more witnesses. He's working alone, he's emotionally volatile, he managed to disarm a security guard, and he keeps saying "it's my money".
Sgt. Gregory Parker : He came unarmed?
Jules Callaghan : Yep.
Sgt. Gregory Parker : Well this isn't sounding like a stick em up.
Jules Callaghan : Yeah more like a really unsatisfied customer, whose name is Mr. Finch.
Sgt. Gregory Parker : Mr. Finch.
Jules Callaghan : Yeah that's what the staff kept calling him.
Sgt. Gregory Parker : Well you could've said that first Jules. Spike?
Mike Scarlatti : [From truck] Got it, Mr. Finch, I'm accessing the credit union's records right now. And I got CCTV coming up too.
Sgt. Gregory Parker : Now how ya getting that from the truck?
Mike Scarlatti : 'Cause I'm magic.
Jules Callaghan : 'Cause he talked to the assistant branch manager who gave him the access code.
Mike Scarlatti : And I worked my magic my asking her nicely.
-
Sgt. Gregory Parker : Okay we've got less then ten minutes from pick-up if he's punctual. Spike?
Mike Scarlatti : Hey Spike why don't you link up to all the traffic cameras. Just patch into them, do that hookety, hackety, patchy thing you do.
Sgt. Gregory Parker : Spike, everything okay?
Mike Scarlatti : I'm just saying, it's a lot of cameras it's a lot of cars. I'm trying.
-
Ed Lane : So, Jules...
Sgt. Gregory Parker : Yeah?
Ed Lane : Asking about kids.
Sgt. Gregory Parker : Does nothing escape your notice?
-
Sam Braddock : A civilian having a bad day.
Sgt. Gregory Parker : He's no career criminal but I'm worried about that tunnel vision right now.
-
Sgt. Gregory Parker : Let's get to the Logans' house ASAP, Eddie. They're all involved.
Ed Lane : They're either holding him or they know where he is.
Sgt. Gregory Parker : But they don't know that we know that, so let's not turn it into a hostage situation.
Ed Lane : Stealth and speed, boss.
-
Sgt. Gregory Parker : Finch's blood matches Chris's. Logan's passing him off as a donor to get his marrow.
Kevin 'Wordy' Wordsworth : So, his kid would live, right?
Sgt. Gregory Parker : I hear you, but a donor's got to be willing.
Kevin 'Wordy' Wordsworth : But they'll both live. We're... trying to save lives here.
Ed Lane : Not our call, Wordy.
-
Ed Lane : Who's Mark Logan? Huh? You texted him two minutes before we arrested you. "I'm sorry. Road block."
[holds up phone]
Ed Lane : Who's that?
Sgt. Gregory Parker : Let's try this again. Who's Mark and what are you sorry for?
Garth Scarrow : I'm sorry I failed... but I'm not sorry I tried.
-
Jules Callaghan : [on radio after interviewing Ava Logan] Boss?
Sgt. Gregory Parker : Yeah, I got all that. He gives a blood test and he's identified as the boy's biological father.
Mike Scarlatti : And there's no statute of limitations on statutory rape - he'd be going to jail.
Sgt. Gregory Parker : Roger Finch, family man, community leader, Teacher of the Year. Rape charge and his life is over.
Jules Callaghan : [whispering] How can a guy just let his own son die? Whew. I don't know, boss, remind me again who's the bad guy here.
[Parker sighs and shakes his head]
