Is Brittany Cartwright Single?
Brittany Cartwright recently gave an update on her love life, and it’s nothing like the rumors painted it to be. During an event, she was asked if she was enjoying the single life, to which she replied, “I mean, yeah.”

It was May 17, 2017. The Plaza Hotel’s Food Hall and adjacent spaces over multiple floors were packed with people for CBS’ annual upfront party — an opulent display in the final years of broadcast dominance. Having won the lottery — beating the daunting odds of pilot season where hundreds of scripts vie for 20 so pilot spots and ultimately a handful of series pickups by a major network — the teams behind the new CBS shows were beaming. Except for the producers of military drama Seal Team, who were not in a festive mood.
The reason was an effort by CBS brass to replace the female lead opposite star David Boreanaz in the pilot, Jessica Paré. There was already a red flag for eagle-eyed attendees at the network’s upfront presentation at Carnegie Hall earlier that afternoon when the cast of Seal Team walked onstage sans Paré. There has been a lot of talk about the White Collar reboot called Renaissance. Already Matt Bomer, Tim DeKay, and Tiffani Thiessen have all agreed to come back. However, there are other characters from the series that have not said anything yet. That is, until now.
Who is also on board with the Jeff Eastin-created series?

Moreover, he has some news. “I’ve talked to Jeff Eastin a bit here and there, and yeah, Jones is still in the world.” However, Atkins has not shared any further information on what Jones is doing these days. NCIS: Hawaii Season 3 is now on DVD, so is it worth getting the final year for the spinoff?
Every TV season, there’s one cancellation that elicits a huge backlash and outrage from fans. In 2024, that was easily NCIS: Hawaii, as few could believe CBS canceled the series after three seasons.
Canceling any spinoff of the CBS franchise would be jarring. However, ending NCIS: Hawaii after only three years made no sense. The series was still doing well in the ratings, and the producers were blindsided as they had ended the year on a cliffhanger that was meant to set up a bigger season 4. It was more frustrating given the season had been delayed by the 2023 Hollywood strikes so not even a full year.
Now, the entire season is on DVD, so is it worth getting for fans?

NCIS fans are among the toughest TV viewers. During the franchise’s impressive two-decade run, we’ve experienced a lot of abuse, the latest coming in the form of yet another spinoff.
So is NCIS: Origins an inspired idea or an overused trope? It’s a fine line we’re currently straddling.
While NCIS has had better success with spinoffs than other series, the franchise is not immune to failure.
(Courtesy of CBS)
And while we love the NCIS universe, when will we decide we’ve had enough of the spinoffs and the expanded franchise? Regardless of when that time is, it’s not here in 2024.
After the sad news of a last-minute cancellation of NCIS: Hawai’i, NCIS fans are getting two new spinoffs, NCIS: Tony and Ziva in 2025 and NCIS: Origins, joining the CBS fall lineup along with NCIS Season 22.

It seems like 2024 is the year for NCIS fans, with several new series spinoffs to add to the roster.
NCIS loyalists may feel lost without original spinoffs NCIS: LA, which aired for 14 seasons, and NCIS: New Orleans, which was canceled in 2021 after seven seasons.
But we’re thrilled to see long-time agent Sam Hanna (LL Cool J) share the screen with his Hawaiian co-stars in the canceled spinoff NCIS: Hawai’i. And even better news is the new series spinoffs, NCIS: Syndey — renewed for Season 2 — and NCIS: Origins.
(Courtesy of CBS)
We’ll also enjoy the continuation of the love story between Dinozzo and David in NCIS: Tony and Ziva later in 2024-2025.
Here’s everything we know about the upcoming prequel, NCIS: Origins.
What is NCIS: Origins?
NCIS: Origins is a series that takes place in the 90s and follows Leroy Jethro Gibbs as he starts out as a rookie NCIS agent at Camp Pendelton.

Networks have been making huge moves this year. While some shows, like Tracker, are continuing, they have been eliminating several popular franchise shows to make way for possible future franchises. With Blue Bloods, CSI: Vegas, and NCIS: Hawai’i ending, the networks are expanding the Fire Country franchise and hoping fans will stick with them.
Now, many fans wonder if Tracker might get a franchise spinoff as well.

Tom Selleck has openly criticized CBS for canceling his hit TV show Blue Bloods. However, it seems he has moved on. Recently, Selleck was seen out, and he looked almost unrecognizable from when fans last saw him on the hit police procedural.
Here is a look at Selleck and what might be next for the actor.
Tom Selleck Steps Out Looking Very Different
Tom Selleck spent most of the last decade starring in Blue Bloods. Of course, he played Police Commissioner Frank Reagan. As such, he was always dressed in uniform or at least close to it with a simple yet thick mustache. In a recent photo of the actor, he looked nothing like that.

Vince Vaughn is back at it again in the latest dark humor comedy-drama from Apple TV+, Bad Monkey.
As viewers might have expected, the series has a monkey, but much like the story, it’s for whimsical and comical reasons.
Based on Carl Hiaasen’s 2013 novel of the same name, Bad Monkey is another Apple TV+ project developed from a published story.

While that gives a series a leg-up by having a fully developed story to work with, that doesn’t mean the series is a sure-fire hit.
Bad Monkey has a lot going for it, but is it enough to overshadow certain aspects that don’t work?

NCIS season 21 is out on DVD and it has fun features that fans will enjoy. Not only will you get to relive the magic of all ten episodes, you can watch one episode that also features audio commentary from the cast and crew involved with the series.
Season 21, as you may recall, opened up with Agent Nick Torres dealing with an unwanted familiar face from his past. Almost immediately following, the team had to say goodbye to their beloved friend and colleague, Dr. Mallard. Even though the season was shortened due to the writer’s strike, it still provided us with plenty of stories about each of the characters.
With the ending of the season leaving some character journeys in question, the DVD is a great way to relive the magic of season 21 before NCIS season 22 debuts on October 14, 2024.

While many TV shows are focused on straight, white characters, 911: Lone Star made it clear that there would be more minority characters. Even when it comes to the straight, white men, there are elements to their characters that we wouldn’t usually see on the screen.
Despite this, fans have complained about how these minority characters have been underused. In a way, I see it. There is a lot of focus on Rob Lowe’s Owen Strand in every single episode. His son Tk gets a lot of attention as well—although, it’s worth pointing out that as a gay man, Tk is a minority character!
The show has certainly underused Carlos. Out of all the characters, he’s usually there for Tk’s personal storyline or he was there for Liv Tyler’s Michelle’s storyline in the first season. His work wasn’t really the focus,...

In April NCIS: Hawaii fans were heartbroken when CBS canceled the beloved NCIS spinoff. Worse yet, the season ended on a cliffhanger. Therefore, fans have been calling for the network to reverse the cancelation. Now, the co-showrunners Jan Nash, Christopher Silver, and Matt Bosack have revealed what they would have done had Season 4 happened.
Moreover, the three showrunners also reveal if they have recovered from the shock of cancelation.

Just before the NCIS: Hawai’i Season 3 finale, it was announced that the CBS drama, part of a long-running, successful franchise, would not be returning. (It’s one of the cancellations of 2024 that hurt us the most.) And so fans were left with one major cliffhanger and a few loose threads that were never to be answered. Co-showrunners Jan Nash, Christopher Silber, and Matt Bosack have now given TVLine a few details about plans for a fourth season, if they had gotten one. In fact, the reason the series ended like it did is because they didn’t know that they wouldn’t be back. “If we’d known it was coming, we probably wouldn’t have ended the series on a cliffhanger,” they said. After the Season 3 finale wrapped up the case and everyone was healed, Jane Tennant (Vanessa Lachey) arrived home to find not her daughter but former mentor-turned-fugitive...

NCIS: Los Angeles had a great cast, with some major stars mixed in with actors who became fan favorites thanks to the show. Faces like Chris O’Donnell and LL Cool J had a large fanbase prior, while names like Daniela Ruah and Renée Felice Smith made their names on the show. Eric Christian Olsen was someone between those two levels. He has now announced his next gig after the popular procedural ended.
Here is what Olsen is doing now and why it might surprise some of his fans.
Eric Christian Olsen Has Another CBS TV Show Coming
Eric Christian Olsen was a movie star before he arrived on NCIS: Los Angeles. He had roles in Pearl Harbor and Not Another Teen Movie. His breakout was playing Lloyd Christmas in Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd. Olsen played Jim Carrey’s character from the original movie in the prequel.

We finally know when NCIS: Origins will debut on CBS.
This new prequel show from the NCISverse will debut in the fall.
Unfortunately, it takes over the timeslot that NCIS: Hawai’i aired in.
CBS canceled NCIS: Hawai’i midway through Season 3, so NCIS: Origins will now air after new NCIS episodes.
The early ratings will be interesting, especially since Mark Harmon is heavily involved in production.
Mark used to play Leroy Jethro Gibbs on NCIS, but he left the show, and his character retired to Alaska.
Fans still hope Gibbs will return to NCIS before the series ends.
Mark now serves as executive producer and the narrator for the new drama.
When is the first episode of NCIS: Origins?
The NCIS: Origins start date is Monday, October 14. The first episode debuts after the NCIS season premiere.
On the first night, the new show gets a two-hour timeslot to introduce the new format.

We have some great news about NCIS.
CBS has revealed when new episodes of the hit drama will debut this fall.
The bad news is that we are still months away from the season premiere, but the good news is that we can mark it on our calendars.
The show is coming off an abbreviated season due to the Hollywood strikes.
When the writers and then SAG went on strike, it shut down production of all scripted shows.
After the strikes ended, there was only time to film and air 10 new NCIS episodes for Season 21.
When is the NCIS Season 22 premiere?
The NCIS return date is Monday, October 14.
NCIS Season 22 debuts at 8/7c that Monday evening. It’s a shift from the 9/8c time slot episodes aired this past spring.

When the Nielsen streaming charts for the week of June 3 were revealed Monday, the overall ranking was led by Your Honor which originally ran for two seasons on Showtime from Dec. 2020 until March 2023. The legal thriller starring Bryan Cranston, which has been streaming on Paramount+, was No. 1 by a wide margin, amassing 1.5B minutes viewed in its first full week of also being available on Netflix in the U.S.
Your Honor, from CBS Studios and studio-based Robert and Michelle King, joined on the list perennial Nielsen Top 10-er, long-running CBS/CBS Studios procedural NCIS, which also streams on Paramount+ and Netflix, as well and another CBS Studios drama from the Kings that has been a recent staple on the Originals Nielsen chart, Evil, with its current Season 4 on Paramount+ supplemented by the first two seasons streaming on Netflix.

Even though NCIS has been on the air for more than two decades, fans still cannot get enough of the iconic procedural and all of its offshoots. NCIS: Hawai’i has been officially gone for a couple of months now, but one of its lead characters still has a major reason to return to the franchise’s original show.
Canceled in April, NCIS’ most successful spinoff was caught off guard just like its fans and ended on a big cliffhanger that suggested there was something big and important coming in Jane Tennant’s way.
Despite the disheartening ending that still torments the show’s fans, Jane Tennant and whatever she heard as a big news may still have a chance to make a comeback via the original series, though this time the reason for it doesn’t have much to do with her job.

NCIS’ season 22 is probably CBS’s most anticipated arrival ever since the franchise’s latest installment that left so many things unclear about Jessica Knight and her future at the McRt.
Let’s be honest though, Jessica’s storyline risks losing one of her biggest achievements anyway, whether it's her new position she’s always dreamed of or her relationships with Jimmy Palmer, which is also a major sacrifice for the series’ entire run.
Instead, I’m much more curious about how things will turn out for Nick Torres and whether all those bright perspectives are indeed coming for him in the upcoming season.

NCIS: Hawai’i’s sudden cancellation earlier this year caused a huge fuss, leaving the show’s fans no other choice but to call CBS out for ditching one of its most successful series. But several months later, the network’s weird decision actually appears to be a blessing in disguise.
Don’t get me wrong, NCIS: Hawai’i’s ending with a major cliffhanger that will never be explained is still a shame that the franchise’s lovers will be reminding CBS of for months or even years to come. However, the scrapped show now looks like one of the last steps towards ending NCIS’ obsolete era which is soon to be followed by a radically new one.
Canceled after only 3 seasons, NCIS: Hawai’i has officially joined the list of all the spinoffs that NCIS created and then abandoned for some reason.
Before the future spinoffs titled NCIS: Origins and NCIS: Tony & Ziva came around,...

When NCIS: Hawai’i filmed its last season, the creators were not told it was ending. They gave much of the season closure but also threw in a cliffhanger teaser for what fans could expect from the next season. That won’t happen now, but that doesn’t mean the story has ended.
There is still a way the cliffhanger could end up resolved on the main NCIS series.
How Did NCIS: Hawaai’i End?
NCIS: Hawai’i ended with a cliffhanger involving Jane Tennant (Vanessa Lachey). Some stories ended as Sam Hanna (LL Cool J from the also canceled NCIS: Los Angeles) had his going-away party, and everyone had a chance to say goodbye as they toasted fallen agents.

However, after the party ended, Jane left and returned home, where she expected to see her daughter greet her.

NCIS fans may not be happy with this news, but CBS appears to have some schedule space (and money) for welcoming one more police procedural drama to its collection, making it clear that there’s officially no way for NCIS: Hawai’i to ever come back to the screen.
According to Deadline, the network just returned again to its long-planned project titled Einstein which comes as CBS’ own adaptation of a German series of the same name.
Initially released back in 2017 and canceled after three seasons in 2019, Einstein follows Felix Winterberg, Albert Einstein’s great-great-grandson who actually nobody knows about.
Still, Felix’s origin might be quite a curious matter for his surroundings since his genius mind, inherited from his world-famous relative, allowed him to become the youngest professor of theoretical physics in a prestigious German university.

Though nothing has been confirmed so far, Netflix might soon be getting an unprecedented case of a show saved by its fans not even once, but twice.
Unlike CBS and its indifference towards its viewers’ pleas to bring fan-favorite NCIS: Hawai’i back to the screen, the streaming giant is likely to stand alongside its audience if it ever comes to reviving a 2020 crime show that is currently having the best time on Netflix’s top chart.
According to the latest data from FlixPatrol, Brian Cranston’s legal drama series Your Honor is currently holding a second place in the streaming’s US top 10, surpassed only by Bridgerton.
It’s been a while since Your Honor started getting all the attention it deserves after years spent as a Netflix hidden gem, quietly lying somewhere in the streaming’s infinite collection of flicks and series.
Is Your Honor Renewed for Season 3?
