Goofs
Queen Victoria is depicted wearing her stereotypical black clothing; however, Victoria did not actually begin to dress all in black until after her husband, Prince Albert, died in 1861.

Crazy credits
After the list of the cast and crew at the end of the movie, we see the words "A Merry Messy Kweznuz" scribbled, "Kweznuz" replacing "Kwelfnuve" which is stricken out. As Blackadder correctly had noted this is spelling Christmas without getting a single letter right.

Alternate versions
In some copies, Baldrick's line "Nah, they loved it. They want us to do another one at Easter - they want to see us nail up the dog" (at 3:23) has been cut.

Nice antidote to the more sugary holiday specials.

Blackadder is back and Dickens has him! Join us as we look in on kind-hearted Ebenezer Blackadder and his assistant Baldrick. He is the biggest patsy in London, until he is visited by a Chrismas spirit (who has been imbibing in a few spirits of his own!). A look at his past and future sets Blackadder on his true course.

The gang is all here for this one, with all of our favorite haracters and actors back for the fun. The only bad part is Baldricks costume in the future. Boy, that'll give you nightmares on Christmas!

If you're tired of false sentiment and prefer the Grinch before his heart grows, catch this one. Bah, humbug, indeed!
