Ann Is Mugged

Ann gets her purse stolen while walking in Central Park.

A very funny episode about a serious subject. It starts off with Ann getting her purse taken, Marlo Thomas' voice gets very squeaky when she screams and gets excited. Don meets Ann at the police station where a bunch of male detectives are dressing as women to catch muggers. Don convinces them to let him come along with them for an article. He also has to get in drag. This leads to a funny scene when he shows up in a wig and a dress and Ann's father opens the door. It gets even funnier when Mr. Marie spots Don in the park arm in arm with a male cop.
