editA libfix, a modification of -orama, influenced by diorama and panorama, and thus indirectly derived from Ancient Greek ὅρᾱμᾰ (hórāma, “sight, spectacle”).

- Alteration of -orama, used in suffixing a word ending with an r or vowel sound.
- camera → camerarama or
- future → futurama (formed by eliding the e and merging the two rs into one)
Usage notes
edit- The suffix is usually appended without hyphenation, or occasionally with hyphen intended to catch the eye.
