European Journal of Medical Research aims to support and publish research into the causes, characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of human disorders and disease. We will consider translational, preclinical and clinical research across all medical disciplines, enabling clinicians and other researchers to learn about developments and innovations within and across the boundaries between these disciplines. European Journal of Medical Research publishes high quality ethically-conducted research and reviews and aims to ensure that the results of all well-conducted research are published, regardless of their outcome.

Article of the Month: Herpesviruses reactivation following COVID-19 vaccination: a systematic review and meta-analysis
The reactivation of herpesviruses (HHV) in COVID-19 patients is evident in the literature. Several reports have been published regarding the reactivation of these viruses (HSV, VZV, EBV, and CMV) among those who got COVID-19 vaccines. This study aimed to review the current evidence to assess whether HHVs reactivation has any association with the prior administration of COVID-19 vaccines.
